Ordering Process
Once you know which ring you want to order, visit the Herff Jones website to submit your order online. You can also download this useful ordering guide to see the ways how you can customize your Brass Rat.
On-Campus order Dates
Herff Jones will be hosting on campus ring ordering events on the following days! They will have viewing and sizing stations and will work one-on-one with students to review all options (all ring styles will be displayed) and how to order. Come get professionally sized and then place your order online before Saturday, March 4!

- Monday 2/27, 11am-4pm @ Lobby 13
- Tuesday 2/28, 11am-3:30pm @ Lobby 13
- Wednesday 3/1, 11am-4pm @ Lobby 13
- Thursday 3/2, 11am-4pm @ Lobby 13
- Friday 3/3, 11am-4pm @ Lobby 13
- Saturday 3/4, 11am-4pm @ Lobby 13
Change Order
If you want to make changes to an order you placed online, you have 3 business days to do so. After that time, you will be assessed a $25 change of order fee. Changes could jeopardize delivery for the MIT Ring delivery event if they order late and request changes late.
All change requests need to be emailed to mitsupport@herffjones.com.
- Provide your name, phone number, email, order confirmation number, and what your would like to change.
- You will receive a reply letting you know your request was received.
- You will receive an email when the change has been made with a confirmation of the details.
Please refrain from sending multiple requests for 1 customer to avoid duplication. Please allow the Herff Jones team 2 business days due to volume of requests.
