On-Campus order Dates

Herff Jones will be hosting on campus ring ordering events on the following days! They will have viewing and sizing stations and will work one-on-one with students to review all options (all ring styles will be displayed) and how to order. Come get professionally sized and then place your order online before Saturday, March 4!

Change Order

If you want to make changes to an order you placed online, you have 3 business days to do so. After that time, you will be assessed a $25 change of order fee. Changes could jeopardize delivery for the MIT Ring delivery event if they order late and request changes late.

All change requests need to be emailed to mitsupport@herffjones.com.

• Provide your name, phone number, email, order confirmation number, and what your would like to change.
• You will receive a reply letting you know your request was received.
• You will receive an email when the change has been made with a confirmation of the details.

Please refrain from sending multiple requests for 1 customer to avoid duplication. Please allow the Herff Jones team 2 business days due to volume of requests.

White Gold is available in 10k, 14k, and 18k options and costs an additional $20 from the Yellow Gold price above. Rose Gold is available in 10k and 14k options and costs an additional $50 from the Yellow Gold price above. Ultrium PVD finish options include Stealth, Brass, and Prism. Ultrium and Ultrium PVD are available as a companion ring for $75 or $205 respectively with the purchase of a gold ring (see FAQ).

Warranty

Herff Jones stands behind each ring they sell. Each of the custom features of your ring are carefully and skillfully crafted. Herff Jones fully warrants the ring to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material for the lifetime of the ring. If the ring cannot be repaired or replaced, a refund will be made. The following services will be performed free of charge for life:

• Repair defects in workmanship or material.
• Restore the original finish of the ring.
• Resize the ring.

A special two year warranty applies to all Ultrium PVD rings.

Lost Ring Policy

Herff Jones' Lost Ring Program (LRP) is designed to make replacing a ring as painless as possible. In the event of loss or theft of a customer's MIT Ring, Herff Jones will create a duplicate ring. The one time replacement ring will require a $100 deductible, shipping and handling fee and any applicable taxes and is in effect for five (5) years from date of purchase. Companion rings and accessories are not covered, and do not qualify for the Lost Ring Protection Program.

Failure to Graduate

In the event that a student fails to graduate or changes class year from MIT, Herff Jones will allow the student to return their ring for a full refund. Trade in your Brass Rat for your new graduation year. Verification needed.
