The rings are ready! Soon you will be able to wear your Brass Rat & celebrate the end of sophomore year at Ring Delivery, held at the Boston Park Plaza hotel on May 7th, 2023 from 7pm-11pm. We hope you are as excited as we are to put the 2025 Brass Rat in your hands! Below are some very important details.
Logistics
Please enter Boston Park Plaza using the Columbus Avenue Entrance. The official attire for the event is formal/black tie. Upon entry, security guards will check your belongings for any contraband, which includes any form of alcohol. Any alcohol found inside the venue is grounds for Boston Park Plaza to cancel the event. Inside the venue, there will be separate rooms designated for ring distribution (staffed by Herff Jones) and pictures (the main ballroom). It is highly encouraged that you go to the ring distribution room first to pick up your ring, then proceed to the ballroom. To pick up your ring, you MUST have either your physical MIT ID or a government-issued ID. Inside the ballroom, there will be live music & refreshments served throughout the night. Finally–of course–there will be plenty of photo opportunities inside the ballroom.
Valid MIT Student ID or Government-Issued ID required for entry.
Only members of the Class of 2025 are allowed (no plus ones).
