Join us for an unforgettable evening on May 5th from 7:00pm - 10:30pm at the Prudential Center at View Boston. Enjoy the vibrant rhythms of live music, indulge in light refreshments, and capture memorable moments against the breathtaking skyline of Boston!
We know you’re excited to get to the fun, but please take a few moments to review these important logistics for the event:
- Attire: The attire for the event is formal, black-tie!
- Entrance: The entrance to View Boston is inside the Prudential Center Mall just past Eataly and across from Vineyard Vines. The main address for the Prudential Building is 800 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02199.
- Admission: An MIT ID is REQUIRED for admission into the event. Since this is a special class event, only MIT students from the Class of 2026 will be allowed to attend. No plus ones, unless they are in the MIT Class of 2026.
- Food:
- There will be complimentary mocktails and charcuterie provided throughout the evening!
- The Beacon, View Boston’s restaurant, will also be providing light meals (under $20) for MIT students, but these will not be free. Please plan to bring a method of payment if you wish to purchase from the Beacon. If you don’t plan to dine at the Beacon, please plan to eat dinner ahead of time.
- Photography: Photographers and videographers will be present during the event, capturing photos and recordings of guests.
- Security: Attendees and bags must go through security before entering the venue. The SOLE office and the View Boston management reserve the right to remove individuals or refuse entry to anyone who disrupts order or safety. Additionally, View Boston reserves the right to refuse entry to any article at their discretion. Please be respectful and comply with the following:
- Small-Bag Policy: For the safety of all attendees, only small bags or handbags will be allowed inside the venue. Only bags, backpacks, or packages no larger than 25” high x 17” wide x 9″ deep are permitted. ViewBoston does not have lockers or storage capabilities for personal items.
- No alcohol/other substances: Because the majority of attendees are under 21, this is an alcohol-free event. If you bring alcohol, it will be confiscated and you will be asked to leave the event. Additionally, if you arrive to the event visibly intoxicated, you will not be granted admission.
- No Re-entry Policy: Once you leave the event, you will not be allowed to re-enter the venue.
- Damages: There will be security on every floor during the event to ensure that none of the exhibits get damaged. You will be responsible for any damages to the furniture, exhibits, or photobooths. Please also be respectful and kind towards the View Boston staff.

Herff Jones will be in the Student Center W20, Rooms 301 and 302, 11:00am - 4:00pm Monday, May 6 and Tuesday, May 7 for alternate ring pick up.
